How to make taco pizza
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Using store bought dough or homemade, roll the dough out into about a 1/2 inch thickness. Place the dough in the cast iron skillet so enough hangs over the side. Fold the sides inward to form a crust and make a few 1 inch slits in the bottom of the dough. Cook for 10 minutes.

- Cook ground beef until know longer pink and set aside. In a bowl mix together refried beans and salsa and layer over the bottom of pizza crust for the sauce and top with cooked ground beef, cheese, and olives.

- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with onions, fresh diced tomatoes, cilantro and sour cream, slice and enjoy.
