How long can cake pop sit out?

You can leave cake pops out at room temperature for about 1 week.  I recommend storing them in an airtight container and keeping them in the refrigerator so they stay fresh longer.

How do you keep cake pops from falling off the stick?

  • You can melt the chocolate and dip the end of the straw into the melted chocolate and then insert the straw into the cake pop about half way and place in the freezer to allow it to harden.
  • Or you can simply insert the straw directly into the cake pop and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
