Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are the appetizer that makes you forget you are eating a vegetable.  Tossed with wing sauce and broiled to perfection each bite is bursting with heat and flavor.

Appetizers are one of my favorite things to make, they are the introduction to the party, so you may want to also try these buffalo chicken meatballs, cheesy ranch buffalo chicken dip, or stuffed jalapeno poppers to spice things up at your next party.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

When it comes to appetizers that speak for themselves these buffalo cauliflower bites need know introduction.  They are bold and beautiful and one bite has you hooked.

They make the perfect game day appetizer or party snack and served along side a creamy buffalo ranch dip and sliced avocados the taste is spectacular.

Appetizers are one of my favorite foods to make and serve.  They can be playful and often served right out of the pan you cooked them in, which in my playbook equals simplicity and less dishes.

How do I make easy buffalo cauliflower?

  1. Preheat oven  to 425 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper sprayed with non-cook cooking spray and set aside.   2.   3. How do you make buffalo cauliflower dip?

This is super easy and delicious.  Just mix one spicy ranch seasoning packet with sour cream and chill until your ready to serve.

Baked buffalo cauliflower bites can easily be made with almond flour in place of all purpose flour to make them keto friendly, which won’t compromise on taste or texture.

Plus they are a great way to swap your traditional buffalo chicken wings with a vegetarian option that your guests will love.

When I go to the gym I sometimes hear people talking about the food they have had or made, and I overheard one conversation where someone mentioned that buffalo cauliflower bites were amazing so I had to try them out!

And yes! They were right, these little flowered vegetables suck up all that amazing buffalo flavor and dipped in  spicy ranch dip, oh man, the addiction is real.

Can you reheat cauliflower?

Yes.  You can either reheat buffalo cauliflower in the microwave or place it on a sheet pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray and reheat in the oven.

So don’t forget your vegetables the next time you are hosting or attending a party, these buffalo cauliflower bites will be the perfect appetizer to get your party started.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Chopped parsley

Buffalo Sauce:

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup Franks wing sauce

Spicy ranch dip: (optional)

  • 1 packet spicy ranch seasoning packet
  • 16 oz sour cream
