Pro Tips & Variations

  • Want it milder? Use less hot sauce or add a splash of honey to the wing sauce.
  • Crispier finish: Bake a few minutes longer before broiling.
  • Dairy-free: Skip blue cheese and opt for a vegan ranch.

Storage Tips

  • Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat: Use oven or toaster oven for best texture (avoid microwave).

Can I use almond flour?

Yes! Almond flour makes them keto-friendly without sacrificing crunch.

How can I keep them from getting soggy?

Avoid overcrowding on the baking sheet and broil until edges are crisp.

Can I prep these ahead?
