- Curry is a mix of spices like coriander, turmeric, saffron, cumin and more that is ground up and used in stews, salads, soups, sauces, rice and anything else you would like.
How do you boil eggs for egg salad?
- Place eggs in a saucepan and then cover eggs with cold water.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil and then remove from the heat. Do not leave on the stove to boil.
- Keep the eggs in the hot water for 15 minutes.
- Remove the eggs for the hot water. Crack shells slightly and then place them in ice water to cool down. Once cool, peel and chop for salad.

- Yes. If you want to make egg salad a day ahead to save on time and preparation make sure to keep it in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can also leave the greek yogurt out until the day you are going to serve it, to prevent it from getting watery. When you are ready to serve add the yogurt and mix well to combine.

Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs chopped (I used egg lands best eggs already hard boiled)
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 4 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled, reserve 1 tbsp for garnish
- 2 tbsp diced chives more for garnish
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ cup avocado diced
