Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs chopped (I used egg lands best eggs already hard boiled)
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 4 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled, reserve 1 tbsp for garnish
  • 2 tbsp diced chives more for garnish
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup avocado diced
  • whole wheat or bread of choice

Instructions

In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well to combine.

    Garnish with chives and crumbled bacon and serve on whole wheat toast or bread of choice.
