What is easier than cooking your entire dinner on one pan? That is why I love to make sheet pan meals and these Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas are sensational. Who new that a delicious dinner could be cooked in less than 20 minutes that involved a 2 pound juicy flank steak and tender baked peppers. This recipe is a must for any and all fajita lovers out there.
Which steak is best for fajitas?
There are two kinds of steak that are popular when it comes to fajitas.
- One is Flank steak and the other is skirt steak.
- Flank steak is a leaner cut than skirt steak, but they both have amazing flavor and are equally as good for fajitas.
- It is personal preference as to which one you use, but make sure to cut them against the grain in thin strips and don’t over cook them. If over cooked they may become tough.

How do you make steak fajitas?
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large glass measuring cup or bowl combine fajita seasoning, olive oil, chili paste, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice. Mix to combined.
- Place flank steak on a rimmed platter, season with garlic salt and pour marinade over the top. Rub the marinade around with your hands and flip the steak over and repeat until both side are covered and set aside.
- Cut peppers in thin slices and put them on your sheet pan. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over them and the rest of fajita seasoning and toss to coat. Move the peppers to the outer surface of the sheet pan and place the steak in the center.
- Cook for 15 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes until steak begins to brown on the top. Slice against the grain in thin pieces and serve hot with warm tortillas and any other fixings from the list above.

Ingredients:
- 2 pound flank steak
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 2 Tablespoon Fajita seasoning packet , divided
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 red pepper, sliced thin
- 1 orange pepper, sliced thin
- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced thin
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
