-
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
-
1 tbsp taco seasoning
-
1 (8 oz) bottle taco sauce

1 tbsp sour cream
-
2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided

How to season ground beef for tacos
I like to cook ground beef with onions to add flavor along with a few tablespoons of taco seasoning and some taco sauce. This creates delicious and juicy ground beef for putting in hard taco shells or tortillas.
How long does it take to cook beef in a pan?
Ground beef doesn’t take too long to cook, but you do want to make sure it is fully cooked. Using medium-high heat cook it for about 5-7 minutes breaking pieces up and stirring often to cook evenly.
