  • One of the great things about cooking cheese ravioli is that it is fast.  You only need to cook it for 4-6 minutes.
  • So for this Cheese Ravioli Skillet, you can cook it at the lower end, for 4 minutes since we will be adding to the skillet where it will cook a bit more.

  • Simply cook for 4-6 minutes and ravioli is done when it begins to float.

This Cheese Ravioli Skillet is perfect for any night of the week and literally takes 20 minutes from start to finish.  It is simple, yet delicious and you don’t have to make your own ravioli, of course unless you want too.

How To Make Cheese Ravioli?

  1. Cook cheese ravioli in boiling water for 4 minutes, or until it begins to float. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a heavy skillet brown ground beef and season with garlic salt and pepper.  Just before beef is completely browned add in minced garlic and finish it off.  Drain and return to stove top.
  3. Add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning.  Mix to combine.
  4. Pour cheese ravioli into skillet, mix with with beef sauce and top with fresh parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.  Serve immediately.

Can you freeze Cheese Ravioli?

  • Yes.  If you want to freeze any left overs you can.
  • Simple place it in an air tight container and place in you freezer.
  • When you are ready to re-heat it, simple take it out of the freezer and place in the refrigerator to thaw, then warm it again in the skillet.
  • You may need to add more sauce to it and then top it with some fresh grated parmesan cheese.

  • 1-20oz bag refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1-8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-14.5oz diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
