  2. garlic salt
  3. black pepper
  4. onion powder
  5. Himalayan sea salt


How to make Honey Garlic Chicken?

Honey garlic chicken is easy to make and uses simple ingredients.

  1. Mix paprika, garlic salt, pepper, onion powder and Himalayan salt in a large bowl and add in the chicken thighs.  Toss to coat.
  2. Place butter into skillet or frying pan melt over medium-low heat.  Add in chicken thighs and cook 8-10 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken thighs from skillet and set aside on a plate.

How to make honey garlic sauce?

Over low heat add all ingredients to make the sauce:

  1. Butter
  2. Franks hot sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
  3. Chopped garlic
  4. Honey
  5. chopped parsley
  6. Red pepper flakes

Mix everything together until combined, don’t get heat too high or it will burn the sauce.

Add the chicken back to skillet and coat each side.  Allow the chicken to warm back up and serve.

  • 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt


  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp franks hot sauce or hot sauce of choice
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped parley
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional


  • In a large bowl add paprika, garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and salt, mix to combine and add in chicken thighs. Toss to coat.
  • Place butter in skillet over med-low heat and let melt. Add in chickent highs and cook 8-10 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and place on a plateand set aside.
  • Add in all the sauce ingredients to the skillet (leave chicken juices in skillet) and mix to combine. Don't get heat to hot or sauce will burn.
  • Add chicken thighs back to skillet and coat each side in the sauce. Allow chicken to warm back up and serve.
  • Can be served over rice, along side green beans, broccoli, or pasta.
