How do you cook chicken for buffalo chicken dip?
- You can do one of two things: either way will work great. You can make it easy on yourself and use canned white chunk chicken breast, drain it and add it to the dip.
- Or if you are wanting to use large chicken breast, you can put them in a large sauce pan, cover them with water and boil for about 20 minutes until fully cooked. Then remove chicken breast to a cutting board and with two forks shred the chicken or cut into chunks for the dip.
How long do you cook the buffalo chicken dip?
I like to prepare this easy buffalo chicken dip in a oven safe skillet, that makes it quick and easy to prepare.
- Add all the ingredients into the skillet and place into a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
