The first step to any meal prep is deciding what you want to eat, after that it is smooth sailing.  Seriously, sometimes the decision making takes longer than actually preparing your meals.  Just keep it basic and simple.  Make a large amount of rice in a rice make or on the stove so all you do is scoop and drop it into your containers.  Think about what you want your protein source to be and either grill, cook it, or bake it.  Then find your vegetable, keep is raw, steam it or boil it.  Frozen vegetables work great for meal prepping because they come in their own steamer bags and are microwave safe.
