Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Let’s talk cookies—the kind that satisfy your sweet tooth but don’t derail your day. These Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies are that kind of cookie. They’re soft, slightly chewy, and filled with dark chocolate chunks. Better yet, they pack a protein punch, making them the ideal treat for when you want something indulgent but goal-friendly.

Made with a blend of vanilla casein and whey protein, plus wholesome coconut sugar and avocado oil, these cookies check all the boxes: delicious, high-protein, and no mixer required.

Can I make these cookies gluten-free?

Yes, simply substitute the all-purpose flour for a 1:1 gluten-free baking flour blend.

Can I use only whey or only casein?

You can—but combining them gives the best texture. If using only whey, chill longer and watch bake time.

How should I store them?

Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Tips & Substitutions

  • Want it sweeter? Add 1–2 tbsp maple syrup to the wet mix.
  • Add-ins welcome: Toss in chopped nuts, coconut, or dried fruit.
  • No avocado oil? Swap for melted coconut oil or light olive oil.
