1LBbutter + 1 tbsp for topping
1cupsugar + ½ cup for topping
3-1/4cupsflour
1tspvanilla
½cupglazed pecansfinely chopped
1-1/2cupscrushed potato chip
Powdered sugar to sprinkle on topoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer. Slowly blend in the flour, pecans, and vanilla.
Gently mix in the crushed potato chips.
Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a class in melted butter and then sugar and flatten cookies lightly. Bake for 18 minutes, then remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
