Ingredients
1/2-poundshrimppeeled and deveined
3tbspbutterdivided
1large bread loaf or ciabatta
2tspold bay seasoning
8ozcream cheesesoftened
2tbspminced garlic
1/2tspgarlic salt
1/2tsppepper
1/2cupgreen onionschopped
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/4cupstuffing mix or breadcrumbsground
1lemonsliced
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Slice your bread loaf in half lengthwise and set aside on a rimmed baking sheet. Chop shrimp up into small pieces and squeeze about 2 tsp of lemon over and mix.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients together, except 1 tbsp of butter and the stuffing mix.
Spread the cheesy shrimp mixture evenly on both pieces of bread. In a small bowl melt remaining tbsp of butter and pour over stuffing mix. Stir to combine and sprinkle over the top of each piece of bread. Bake for 20 minutes and serve with additional lemon slices.
