Indoor S'mores

Indoor s'mores are the perfect way to enjoy your favorite Summer time snack all year round.  Topped with hot fudge and packed with a chocolate brownie every bite is pure delight.

Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers split in half
  • 16 brownies homemade or store bought
  • 16 marshmallows cut in half
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and break graham crackers in half and line them up on the sheet pan.
  • Line each cracker with a brownie (either homemade or store bought), then top with one marshmallow cut in half.  Place in oven on high broil for 2 minutes (watch carefully). 
  • Remove from the oven and top with another graham cracker, pushing down gently to smash the marshmallows and then top with chocolate sauce or hot fudge.
