Ingredients
16.5 ozpre-made cookie dough, or homemade dough
1 oz box instant fat free vanilla pudding
1-1/3cupswater
6tbspsweetened condensed milk
8 ozcool whip, thawed
1pintstrawberries, sliced
1pint blueberries
1pintblackberries
1pintraspberries
6kiwis, sliced or cut with decorative cookie cutter
Instructions
Sugar Cookie Crust/or use Pre-made dough
In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside. Preheat oven to 400° degrees.
Using a large bowl cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and one egg (unbeaten).
Add the dry ingredients and 1/2 cup sour cream to the creamed ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Form the sugar cookie dough into a ball and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Place in the bottom of a round cookie sheet or rimmed baking sheet and pinch the edges to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
Fruit Pizza
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together water and sweetened condensed milk. Add in instant vanilla pudding and mix for 2 minutes until set.
Fold in whipped topping and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then spread evenly over cooled sugar cookie crust.
Layer fruit on top of whipped vanilla topping, slice and serve.
