Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza

Sugar cookie fruit pizza is the perfect combination of sweet, fresh, and fun.  A delicious sugar cookie topped with whipped vanilla pudding and your favorite fruits for you whole family to love.

Ingredients

  • 16.5 oz pre-made cookie dough, or homemade dough
  • 1 oz box instant fat free vanilla pudding
  • 1-1/3 cups water
  • 6 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cool whip, thawed
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 6 kiwis, sliced or cut with decorative cookie cutter

Instructions

Sugar Cookie Crust/or use Pre-made dough

  • In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside. Preheat oven to 400° degrees.
  • Using a large bowl cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and one egg (unbeaten).
  • Add the dry ingredients and 1/2 cup sour cream to the creamed ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  • Form the sugar cookie dough into a ball and roll out on a lightly floured surface.  Place in the bottom of a round cookie sheet or rimmed baking sheet and pinch the edges to form a crust.  Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.  Allow to cool 10 minutes. 

Fruit Pizza

  • In a medium mixing bowl whisk together water and sweetened condensed milk.  Add in instant vanilla pudding and mix for 2 minutes until set.  
  • Fold in whipped topping and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then spread evenly over cooled sugar cookie crust.
  • Layer fruit on top of whipped vanilla topping, slice and serve.
