Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup spicy vegetable juice + 1 tsp tobacco sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  • In a 6qt crockpot add chopped cabbage, beef broth, ground sausage, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt, onion powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of sugar, mix to combine and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
  • Add in cooked rice, diced tomatoes with juices, vegetable juice, tobacco sauce, and tomato paste, mix to combine and cooked covered for 30 more minutes and serve.
