1 15ozpackage refrigerated cooked beef tips in gravy
1lbbaby red potatoes cut in half
4large carrotscut into pieces
2cupsslow sodium beef broth or water
1medium onioncut into 1 inch pieces
1package dry onion soup mix
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Spray a 6qt slow cooker with nonstick cooking spay and add chopped onions, carrots, and red potatoes.
Add refrigerated cooked beef tips in gravy, one package dry onion soup mix, 2 teaspoons of garlic salt, and two cups of beef broth. Mix to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or low 3 hours, stirring halfway through to check vegetables.
