Ingredients
3-1/4cupsflour
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
1cupbuttersoftened
1cupsugar
1eggunbeaten
1 ½tspvanilla
½cupsour cream
Dark and white chocolate candy coating
Favorite candy toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add sour cream and half of the dry ingredients. Mix for 1 minute. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut out sugar cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 6-8 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
Heat chocolate in the microwave in one minute increments, mixing between each increment until melted and smooth. Dip half the sugar cookie into the chocolate and lay on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with favorite toppings and let set for 5 minutes then serve.
