Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini cooked according to package directions
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup onions diced
  • 1 14.5 oz can seasoned diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 3 cups chicken stock

Instructions

  • Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions and set aside. In a large sauce pan cook sausage and onions until sausage is no longer pink.
  • Pour in diced tomatoes, chicken stock, and cream cheese. Bring to a boil and stir until cream cheese has melted. Add in cooked tortellini and stir to combine and heated through. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
