Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 Tablespoons minced rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons minced thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Combine the butter, rosemary, thyme and garlic in a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Using a sheet of parchment paper, place the butter mixture in the middle at one end.
  • Roll into a cylinder shape and twist off each end to seal tightly.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm.
