Garlic Parmesan Rosted Brussels Sprouts
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are perfectly roasted and will melt in your mouth.

- 1 1/2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 tsp fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Combine brussels sprouts and olive oil in a large bowl and mix to coat. Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper to the bowl and mix to coat.
Spread mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until the cheese is melted and the brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
Add more cheese once out of the oven (optional)
