Ingredients
3 ozpackages chicken flavored ramen noodles cooked according to package direction. Set aside seasoning packets.
1ground chicken sausage
¼cupsliced green onions
2cupssnow peassliced in half
1cupshredded carrots
2tbspchopped peanutsoptional
1tspchili paste
sesame seeds for garnish
For the Dressing:
½cupcanola oil
1ramen noodle seasoning packet
¼cupsugar
¼cupapple cider vinegar
2tbspseasoned rice vinegar
Instructions
Cook ramen noodles, drain and set aside
In a large skillet cook chicken sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. In the same skillet add green onions, snow peas, carrots, peanuts, and chili paste. Cook, stirring constantly until vegetables are slightly tender.
Add the sausage and noodles to skillet and toss to combine. In a small bowl whisk all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the ramen. Toss to combine and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
