1box of your favorite brownie mixmade and cooked according to package directions
Eggnog Frosting:
½cupeggnog
½cupbutter
2-1/4cupssugar
Pinchof salt
1-1/2cupswhite chocolate chips
1tsprum extract
1tspground cinnamon for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 for dark coated pan or 350 for metal or glass pan. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and make brownie batter according to package directions. Bake for 45 minutes
10 minutes before brownies are done make the frosting. Add eggnog, sugar, butter, and salt into a heavy sauce pan and stir to combine. Let it come to a boil and cook for 35 seconds.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and rum extract. Stir until chocolate chips have melted and let cool for 3 min. Pour over WARM brownies. Allow to cool completely until cutting. Garnish with cinnamon.
