Ingredients
For the Beans:
1poundground beef
1/2teaspoongarlic salt
1/2teaspoonpepper
1TWorcestershire sauce
2-15.5ozcans red kidney beansdrained
2-15.5ozcans butter beansdrained
1-28ozcan original baked beansI used Bush's
6piecespartially cooked bacon, roughly chopped
For the Sauce:
1medium oniondiced
2Tbrown sugar
3Tapple cider vinegar
3/4cupketchup
1/2teaspoonground dry mustard
1TWorcestershire sauce
1/2cupBBQ sauce
Instructions
In a large skillet cook ground beef, season with garlic salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain and set aside.
In another skillet partially cook 6 pieces of bacon, remove and roughly chop and mix into the ground beef.
In a medium sauce pan add: diced onions, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, dry mustard, and BBQ sauce. Mix over low heat and let simmer 10 minutes.
Add all the beans into a 6qt slow cooker. Stir in the ground beef and pour the sauce over the top. Mix to combine and cook on low 4 hours.
