Teriyaki Meatball Stir Fry

How do you do a stir fry?
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, until soft, then drain.
- In a wok or skillet heat peanut oil on medium high heat and cook thawed meatballs until golden brown.
- Remove the meatballs and put into a large bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce and honey until coated. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining peanut oil to wok/skillet and add vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Cook about 4 minutes until tender.
- Add the noodles and meatballs to the vegetables and mix to combine well. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through and garnish with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes. Serve.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons peanut oil
- 1-18oz bag frozen beef meatballs, thawed.
- 1-11oz box rice noodles, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, until soft and drained
- 1-8oz container of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Yoshida’s original teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1-16oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon mined garlic
- sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes to garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a large skillet or wok heat 1 Tablespoon of oil over medium high heat.
- Add thawed meatballs and cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs to a large bowl and pour teriyaki sauce and honey over and mix to coat. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining peanut oil to skillet or wok and vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Cook until tender. About 4 minutes.
