Oven roasted sweet potatoes are the perfect side dish to all your Fall meals. Bursting with sweet and spicy flavor, this healthy recipe will be devoured at every meal.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place 1 tbsp oil in a 12 inch skillet and massage the oil into the bottom and along the sides of the skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl add sweet potatoes, remaining oil, and the remaining spices and mix until sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Pour coated sweet potatoes into prepared skillet and bake for 15 minutes. Gently stir potatoes and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
