  • 12 inch skillet


  • 3 cups sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp avocado or MCT oil divided
  • 1 tsp chipotle pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped for garnish


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place 1 tbsp oil in a 12 inch skillet and massage the oil into the bottom and along the sides of the skillet and set aside.
  • In a large bowl add sweet potatoes, remaining oil, and the remaining spices and mix until sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Pour coated sweet potatoes into prepared skillet and bake for 15 minutes. Gently stir potatoes and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
