Ingredients
8sliceswhite bread or bread of choice
16slicescheddar cheese
8slicesdeli ham
4tbspbuttersoftened
Dipping sauce
1cup ketchup
1 cupmayonaise
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with 8 slices of bread and butter only one side of each piece.
Add two pieces of cheese to only one side of the bread, then stack two slices of ham on top, and finish with two additional slices of cheese.
Top the ham and cheese side with the remaining buttered slice of bread and place in a lightly greased frying pan. Grill on each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Slice into four pieces and stack two pieces on top of each other and secure with a basil leaf and cocktail toothpick.
Dipping sauce:
Add ketchup and mayonnaise together in a bowl and mix to combined. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
