Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
½cupGuinness Stout
1egg
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/4cupfinely chopped onion
1/2cupstuffing mixprocessed in food processor ( I used Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing mix)
Guinness Sauce:
2-11.2oz Guinness stout
½cupBBQ sauce
¼cuphoney
1-1/2tbspmolasses
2tspdry mustard
½onionchopped
1tspgarlic salt
4tspcornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl add beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, diced onion, seasoned stuffing mix (ground into fine crumbs), Guinness beer, and an egg, mix and form into balls and bake 15- 20 minutes.
While meatballs are baking, pour Guinness, BBQ sauce hone molasses, dry mustard, diced onion, and garlic salt to a large skillet. Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 minutes.
Bring sauce back to a boil. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of sauce and pour into sauce, stirring until thickened. Add meatballs, mix and serve.
