Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz package refrigerated cooked beef tips in gravy
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes cut in half
  • 4 large carrots cut into pieces
  • 2 cups slow sodium beef broth or water
  • 1 medium onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Spray a 6qt slow cooker with nonstick cooking spay and add chopped onions, carrots, and red potatoes.
  • Add refrigerated cooked beef tips in gravy, one package dry onion soup mix, 2 teaspoons of garlic salt, and two cups of beef broth. Mix to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or low 3 hours, stirring halfway through to check vegetables.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
