Cheeseburger Macaroni Skillet
Cheeseburger Macaroni is a cheesy one pot meal that turns your pasta into hamburger heaven in 30 minutes or less. It's the meal your whole family will love.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 3 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese divided
- green onions diced for garnish (optional)
In a large skillet cook ground beef and diced onions until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add in uncooked macaroni, milk, broth, ketchup, steak seasoning, ground mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
Bring it a boil, uncovered and reduce heat. Let simmer 15 minutes until macaroni is tender. Stir in remaining cheese and garnish with diced green onions.
