Ingredients
1lbtop sirlointhinly sliced
½lbsnow peas
2cupssliced mushrooms
1medium onionthinly sliced
1tspground ginger
1tbspgarlicminced
½cuplow sodium soy sauce
½cupwater
2tbspcornstarch
2tspsugar
2tbspsesame oildivided
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together stir fry seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch.
Remove 1/2 cup and pour into a larger bowl along with sesame oil, ground ginger, and garlic. Add beef to sauce and mix to coat. (allow to marinate for 15 minutes-optional)
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add beef and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet add oil, mushrooms and onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add in snow peas and remaining sauce mixture bring to a boil to thicken, then reduce heat.
Add beef back to skillet, mix and cook until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes.
