1container refrigerated pizza doughor make your own
10slices of pepperoni
½cupground sausagecooked
1/3cuppizza sauce
5slicesmozzarella cheesetorn into pieces
2tablespoonsolive oildivided
Fresh basil and red pepper flakes to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a 10 inch cast iron skillet lightly grease with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place pizza dough over the top of the skillet and fold down the excess to for a thick crust, spread the remaining olive oil over dough and Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling and garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
