Ingredients
1-1/2poundsground beef
1medium oniondiced
2Tablespoonsminced garlic
2tspgarlic salt
1tsppepper
1-24ozjar marinara sauce
1-15ozjar alfredo sauce
1-14.5ozcan diced tomatoes
16ozspaghetticooked according to package directions for al dente noodles.
4ozcream cheese
3cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish with fresh chopped basil and oreganooptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook ground beef seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. When beef is almost done cooking add minced garlic and diced onions and cook until beef is no longer pink.
In a large bowl combine, cooked noodles, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef mixture. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until fully combined and cheese has melted.
Place in a 9x13 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, and top with remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and garnish with fresh chopped basil and oregano. Serve warm.
