Ingredients

  • 24 bags Egg-Lands Best Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs sliced in half lengthwise, yolks removed and reserved.
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Hidden Valley Ranch salad seasoning
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 piece bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp chives minced
  • 1 tbsp dill minced
  • paprika to garnish
  • 1 quart sized plastic sandwich bag

Instructions

Place all yolks in a large bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. Add all ingredients up to black pepper and mix into a smooth consistency.

Place yolk mixture into plastic bag and push to one corner, working out any air pockets. Snip off the end of bag just enough to allow mixture to flow out smoothly when squeezed. Fill each eggs half evenly with mixture and top with bacon, chives, dill, and sprinkle with paprika. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
