Spicy Sausage Cheese Balls

Spicy Sausage Cheese Balls with jalapeños, cheddar and mozzarella cheese make the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Simple to make and done in 25 minutes serve along side melted velveeta and watch the party get started.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs spicy Italian sausage
  • 1-1/2 cups original Bisquick mix
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 1/3 cup jalapeno diced
  • ½ cup mushrooms diced
  • 3 tbsp parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz original velveeta cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray a rimmed baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray or piece of parchment paper on the sheet and set aside.

    In a large bowl combine sausage, bisquick, milk, diced onions, diced jalapeno, diced mushrooms, chopped parsley, garlic salt, pepper, grated cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella cheese.

      Form into 1-1-1/2 inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

        Bake 25 minutes. In a medium saucepan melt velveeta cheese and serve along side sausage balls.
