Crescent Pizza Rolls
Crescent Pizza Rolls are a snap to make. Simply roll out, layer with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, roll again and place on a sheet pan. Into the oven for 15 minutes and your crescent roll pizza rolls are complete.
- 2 8 oz containers of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 8 mozzarella sticks cut in half
- 1 6 oz package of sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- red pepper flakes
- Marinara sauce and ranch dressing for dipping optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a rimmed baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray or line with a silpat.
Unroll containers of Pillsbury crescent rolls and cut out the triangles.
Layer each roll with pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and a half of a mozzarella cheese stick. Roll up from the wide end to the narrow end and place seam side down on baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Brush on top of pizza rolls and garnish with red pepper flakes. Serve with dipping sauces
