Ingredients
1-1/2lbsground turkey
1cupseasoned stuffing mixground into fine crumbs
½cupdiced green pepper
½cupdiced red pepper
½cupdiced onions
½tspgarlic salt
½tspgarlic pepper
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2eggslightly beaten
¼cupBBQ sauce
Flat leaf parsleychopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, set aside
Add all ingredients except the BBQ sauce and parsley in a large bowl and mix to combine. Form into 12 large balls and place one in each muffin cup. Top each one with BBQ sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with additional BBQ sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
