Cheesy Pigs in a Blanket are the ultimate party appetizer. These soft and crispy crescent rolls are wrapped around hot dogs layered with melted Colby jack cheese and a creamy honey mustard sauce that will get your party popping.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz package of hot dogs cut in half
  • 1 8 oz container crescent roll dough
  • 3 slices of Colby jack cheese cut into fourths
  • seat salt

Honey mustard Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

BBQ Ranch Dipping Suace:

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ Cup ranch dressing

Chili Cheese Dipping Sauce:

  • 4 oz velveeta cheese
  • ½ cup canned chili

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make honey mustard dipping sauce and set aside.

    Roll out crescent dough and brush lightly with honey mustard sauce. Cut each triangle in half. Working one triangle at a time, layer with a piece of cheese and one hot dog. Roll from the wider end to the pointed end. Place seam side down on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Bake for 15 minutes. While baking make the BBQ ranch and chili cheese dipping sauces (optional).

        Remove from oven and brush with additional honey mustard sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
