Ingredients
8hard boiled eggschopped (I used egg lands best eggs already hard boiled)
1stalk celerychopped
½cupdiced red onion
4piecesbaconcooked and crumbled, reserve 1 tbsp for garnish
2tbspdiced chivesmore for garnish
½cupplain greek yogurt
2tspcurry powder
1tspgarlic salt
½tspground black pepper
½cupavocadodiced
whole wheat or bread of choice
Instructions
In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well to combine.
Garnish with chives and crumbled bacon and serve on whole wheat toast or bread of choice.
