  • Whisk together  olive oil or coconut oil ( you decide) with lemon juice and drizzle over salad.
  • Top with salt and pepper to taste and toss salad to combine

  1. Combine chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro into a large serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp of oil (of choice) and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Gently toss to combine. Right before serving toss with 1 tsp sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roma tomatoes quartered
  • 1 English cucumber-sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion sliced
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil liquid
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon about 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

      2. Can you post what is a serving please. I noticed a lot of recipes not only yours never give that information and the nutritional info that you give does not matter if you don’t know what a serving is like ounces or cups etc.Thank you.
